# Atlas People > Atlas People is a Copenhagen company building predictive organisational intelligence. Before a major plan is approved, the finances and the market are modelled in detail. The organisation that has to deliver the plan rarely is. Atlas shows leaders whether their organisation can deliver the plan, what could get in the way, and what to address first. It combines Atlas's own psychometric assessment and survey, organisational context, AI, and human judgement, and it is built for large, often international organisations where major decisions cross teams, functions, and countries. Boards and investors use the same evidence for people due diligence; that is one use case, not the whole company. ## Core pages - [AtlasOS](https://atlaspeople.io/platform): How Atlas gathers person, role, team, and strategy context before producing leadership briefings. - [Method](https://atlaspeople.io/method): The psychometric and assessment method behind Atlas People. - [Use cases](https://atlaspeople.io/use-cases): Executive fit, leadership succession, and organisational change for enterprise leadership teams; board and investor diligence as a secondary use. - [Journal](https://atlaspeople.io/journal/all): Knowledge papers on leadership science, people due diligence, and organisational culture. - [Publications, full text](https://atlaspeople.io/llms-full.txt): Full abstracts and complete reference lists, DOIs included, for every knowledge paper. - [Company](https://atlaspeople.io/company): Atlas People's mission, team, and point of view. - [Data security](https://atlaspeople.io/data-security): GDPR, encryption, access control, retention. - [Careers](https://atlaspeople.io/careers): Open commercial and partner roles at Atlas People, Copenhagen, office-first. - [Press](https://atlaspeople.io/press): Media coverage of Atlas People, with links to the source articles. - [Book a demo](https://atlaspeople.io/book-a-demo): Contact Atlas People about a leadership intelligence workflow. ## Execution Forecast pages - [Execution Forecast](https://atlaspeople.io/execution-forecast): The first bounded judgement of whether an organisation can deliver a defined plan. - [Execution Reforecast](https://atlaspeople.io/execution-reforecast): The updated judgement after the plan, context or evidence changes. - [Sample forecast](https://atlaspeople.io/sample-forecast): A worked example showing evidence, uncertainty, recommendation and review. - [Where to start](https://atlaspeople.io/where-to-start): Three questions that suggest the most useful place to begin. - [How Atlas is bought](https://atlaspeople.io/how-atlas-is-bought): How an Atlas engagement is scoped and structured. - [Questions](https://atlaspeople.io/questions): Direct answers about the method, data, timing and decision boundaries. ## Reasons to forecast or reforecast - [New strategy](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-strategy): When the plan changes faster than decisions, incentives and working patterns. - [New ownership](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-ownership): When a new owner asks the existing organisation to carry a different plan. - [New operating model](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-operating-model): When the structure changes before authority and handovers do. - [New pressure](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-pressure): When tighter commitments concentrate decision load and dependencies. - [New dependency](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-dependency): When a shared outcome crosses teams without one end-to-end owner. - [New evidence](https://atlaspeople.io/triggers/new-evidence): When a new signal changes part of the earlier judgement. ## Authors - Kevin Bjerring, founder; psychometric method and capital-allocation framing. - Philip Myrup, research analyst; psychometrics, IRT, instrument design. - Susanne, research; instrument validation. ## Contact - General enquiries: https://atlaspeople.io/contact
