Atlas People is building an AI-native enterprise platform to eliminate low team performance, a silent killer of business success.
Despite payroll being the largest cost line in any company, most managers in large organizations have no structured system to optimize how their teams perform. Weʼre changing that. By combining enterprise data, psychometrics, and the latest AI technologies, we help managers make better decisions and drive real business outcomes. Our product is already in market, with:

Now, weʼre rebuilding and expanding the platform from the ground up and we need a founding CPTO to lead that charge
Tasks
As CPTO, youʼll take end-to-end ownership of the product and technologyroadmap, helping us scale Atlas People into a next-generation enterprise system.You will:
- Build and ship the MVP of our new platform (first 1-2 modules) within 3 months
- Deploy working AI models into the product to generate meaningful insights
- Deliver proprietary, high-leverage systems that differentiate the platform and unlock measurable business value
- Work hands-on with enterprise and scaleup customers to validate hypotheses and shape the product roadmap
- Ensure enterprise-grade security and reliability
- Help build the technical team and culture from scratch
Your Background
- Youʼve been a founder or technical co-founder before and have shipped entire products used in enterprise or mission-critical environments
- Youʼre fluent in AI/ML product development, ideally with experience deploying LLMs or similar systems using real-world data
- Youʼre equally comfortable making product decisions and building the underlying systems
- Youʼre ready to be in the trenches building, testing, iterating, and scaling alongside a team thatʼs all-in
