A report only becomes useful when someone can help a leader understand it, connect it to the situation, and decide what to do next.
We are building a network of experienced HR partners and people consultants. You remain independent and represent Atlas in selected client work, while the client experiences one Atlas standard.
Atlas prepares the client context, evidence, and method. You bring judgement, presence, and the ability to make a personal conversation useful.
Location & work mode
Most assignments take place at client sites in Copenhagen and elsewhere in Denmark. Preparation and follow-up can usually happen remotely. You need an independent business that can invoice in Denmark.
What you'll do
Lead one-to-one feedback sessions using Atlas assessments and reports.
Run workshops with leaders and teams, with enough structure to reach useful decisions.
Help the client turn patterns in the evidence into actions that fit the person and the business situation.
Represent Atlas in the room and send a concise follow-up after the session.
What we're looking for
You have worked closely with leaders and organisations. Your background may be HR business partnering, people consulting, leadership development, or organisational work.
You understand psychometric or strengths-based profiles. You have used FirstMind, TT38, CliftonStrengths, Big Five, or a comparable framework, and can explain what the profile can and cannot say. We train you in the Atlas method.
You give feedback with clarity and care. You can make a difficult pattern understandable without reducing a person to a score or type.
You can hold a senior room. You stay calm when people disagree and help the conversation reach a clear next step.
You care about what happens after the conversation. You want the leader to leave with a clearer decision and a practical next step.
What we require
You have led feedback conversations or workshops with leaders in real organisations.
You have an independent business that can invoice in Denmark.
You can travel to client sites in Denmark.
You are willing to learn the Atlas method and demonstrate your feedback approach before taking a client assignment.
How the relationship starts
A conversation with Kevin about your client work, feedback experience, and the assignments that suit you.
You complete the Atlas assessment and learn the basis of our method.
You prepare and deliver a short feedback session using Atlas material. We use it to assess judgement, clarity, and how you handle personal feedback.
If the standard and working relationship fit, we agree the terms and prepare you for your first assignment.
What Atlas commits to
You work independently, with Atlas behind the assignment:
A clear client brief, relevant evidence, report, and session material.
Training in the Atlas method and direct feedback on your delivery.
Selected assignments, with the freedom to accept or decline each one.
