We are bringing together a small network of experienced people consultants who would like to work with Atlas alongside their own practice. You keep your independence. When an assignment is a good match, we prepare the context and material, then work closely with you.
You bring your experience and judgement. We bring the Atlas method, prepared material, and a team you can work closely with.
What you'll do
Lead one-to-one feedback sessions on Atlas assessments and reports.
Facilitate workshops with leadership teams, and with a leader and their team, with enough structure to reach a decision.
Work with the client to read the patterns in the evidence and choose what to address first.
Represent Atlas in the room, then share a short, concrete follow-up with the client and our team.
Who this is for
This may be a good match if you bring experience in all three areas.
You have substantial hands-on experience with TT38, FirstMind or CliftonStrengths. You have used one of these instruments with real leaders and know both what it can show and where its limits are. Certification is welcome. Practical experience matters most.
You feel at home in both workshop formats. You have worked with leadership teams, and with a leader alongside their own team. You understand what each setting asks of you.
You give thoughtful one-to-one feedback. You help a person see useful patterns without reducing them to a type or score.
Practical
Sessions take place at client sites in Copenhagen and elsewhere in Denmark. Preparation and follow-up are remote.
You can deliver sessions in both Danish and English.
You work through your own company and can invoice in Denmark.
