We use what we build.
We run Atlas on Atlas. Our own team completes the assessments, and we review our own roles and collaboration with the same reports clients get. When something in a report is unclear or unfair, we feel it ourselves and fix it.
Office-first.
We work from the office in Copenhagen. Most questions get answered across the desk within a minute, and half-formed ideas get better faster when the person who can challenge them sits next to you. This is not a remote role.
