Have a question?

kmb@atlaspeople.io

We launched the Atlas People brand in March 2025 with paying customers. We now have more than €500k in ARR, are closing our third external funding round, and are running pilots with two Fortune 500 companies. Customers include Telenor, Novonesis, Auditdata, and DTU.

We are looking for someone who has built from pre-seed through scale, preferably through an exit. You will join as CCO with co-founder ownership. We will agree decision rights early and move commercial responsibility to you as the partnership develops. The role may grow into CEO.

The company opportunity

Large organisations model finance, markets, and strategy before they commit. The organisation expected to deliver the plan is often assessed afterwards through separate surveys, assessments, and advisory work. We see a missing decision layer between strategy and execution.

Atlas connects the plan, organisational context, our own measurement, the decision, and the outcome in one workflow. We are AI-native, built on global AI infrastructure, while judgement remains human. Models can change. The verified organisational record grows as outcomes are reviewed.

The ambition is to make Atlas the decision system large organisations use before high-stakes organisational decisions. The need repeats across hiring, leadership, role design, restructuring, and transformation. That creates a global software opportunity, not a larger consulting business. We are hiring now because revenue and enterprise demand are ahead of the commercial system. The next phase should be built by the person who will own it.

Location & work mode

Copenhagen, office-first and on-site. We build in the room together. Sitting beside the team is how you learn fastest, and how ideas turn into shipped work in a single afternoon.

What you'll do

Lead enterprise opportunities from first meeting to expansion.
Build qualified pipeline across channels and establish a consistent account rhythm.
Test buyer, timing, message, and route to market, then apply what we learn.
Develop pricing, packaging, and the recurring model with product and finance.
Document the commercial approach and hire when the roles are clear.

What should be true in 12 months

The current pilots have become recurring customer relationships, with expansion agreed.
The commercial process is documented and used across qualification, pricing, close, renewal, and expansion.
The qualified enterprise pipeline has at least 3x coverage, with next decision, owner, and risk visible.
The first commercial hire can run defined parts of the process.

What we're looking for

You have built a company through several stages. You have worked from pre-seed through product-market fit and into scale. We prefer someone who has founded a company and completed an exit.
You have sold complex B2B software or services. You have led enterprise agreements with senior decision-makers, procurement, and several stakeholders.
You understand recurring software revenue. You have worked with pricing, packaging, expansion, ARR, and NRR, and know how services affect the economics.
You can turn experience into a working process. You document what works, set a standard, and know when another person can own it.
You take a company-wide view. You understand how commercial choices affect product, hiring, financing, and company focus.
You are comfortable with long enterprise cycles. You keep accounts moving through long cycles and adjust when the facts change.
You have learned from decisions that did not work. You can talk openly about what happened, what you learned, and what you changed afterwards.

How we hire

If we invite you to interview, we will first send you a link to the Atlas People hiring assessment. Please complete it before your first conversation with Kevin
A conversation with Kevin about two company-building decisions you have made, including an open discussion of the assessment
A short commercial exercise based on a real business question
A working session about decision rights, disagreement, and how the role could develop
Structured references and, if there is a mutual fit, an offer

What we offer

The package includes:

Market-based salary at our stage, plus meaningful ownership through warrants. We discuss equity, vesting, scope, and decision rights in the first conversation
Responsibility for the commercial model, with influence on pricing, packaging, hiring, and company design
Close work with the founding team across customers, product, and strategy
A live platform, our own measurement, and established customer work to build from
A direct hand in shaping the culture as Atlas grows. We use Atlas internally to review roles, capabilities, collaboration, and engagement
A possible path to CEO, based on the partnership and what Atlas needs
