Kevin Bjerring

Co-founder & CEO

Kevin Bjerring is co-founder and CEO of Atlas People. He has founded and run companies for more than two decades, including Cocktail Company, which he co-founded and grew into Denmark's largest cocktail events business before the pandemic forced a rebuild of the whole model. That experience, watching a good plan depend entirely on how the team behaved under pressure, is why he started Atlas in 2024. He leads strategy, Atlas's major enterprise relationships and its public voice, and writes on strategy execution and the responsible use of AI in decisions about people.
