Postdoctoral Researcher
Dr Susanne Frick is scientific advisor to Atlas People on the validation of its psychometric instrument. She is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Statistical Methods in the Social Sciences at TU Dortmund University, where she worked on the interdisciplinary FAIR research project from 2022 to 2024. She completed her PhD in psychology at the University of Mannheim in 2021 within the DFG research training group Statistical Modeling in Psychology. Her research covers item response theory for multidimensional forced-choice tests, faking and careless-response detection, and machine learning in psychological assessment.
